Improve your watercolor painting, have a few hours of relaxing fun and get a critique.

  • Live online demo
  • Step by step of the complete painting process
  • Suitable for painters of ALL levels
  • Ask me questions during the live event
  • Get a critique of your painting

The workshop is done at a relaxed pace. And the commentary is in English and I speak slowly to make it easier for attendees whose native language is not English.

All you need to participate is:

  • a good internet connection
  • headphones or PC speakers to hear my voice
  • the zoom app

And the painting materials you will need are:

  • pointed oval brush or a flat brush, a liner brush and a 4 cm flat brush
  • tube paints: yellow ochre, imidazolone yellow, Quinacridone magenta, Cerulean blue, Phthalo blue (red or blue shade), Chinese white
  • Palette
  • Watercolor paper
  • Water bucket, rag, tissue, spray bottle and a pencil

Don’t worry if you haven’t got exactly the same materials as listed here. Please use what brushes and paints you have. If you are really keen, then at a later date it might be a good idea to get similar materials to me.

When you have painted your picture then please take a photo of it and send it to me as an email attachment and I will be able to give you a critique. My email address is: garvalnay@gmail.com
